Brief Introduction:
Jujube contains rich sugar content, are easily got mildewed and oxidized, so does the Vitamin C.
In the period of been storage, it is easily get fermented, mildew, rot and pest. However, the rich content of carbon dioxide will accelerate jujube to softening and browning
Normal oxygen absorber cannot absorb carbon dioxide. Chunwang Double absorption deoxidizer was special designed for jujube, it can absorbs both oxygen and carbon dioxide in the packaging, fundamentally solve the problem on oxidize and browning
